MSU’s diving license training is conducted in a small, private group setting.
Plus, when you attend our license course at MSU, you’ll get free equipment rental forever. and We will assign enough number of dive masters for your safety. Payments can be made in US Dollars or Japanese yen, PayPal payment or Cash at the dive site.
Become Professional
Professional diving courses are also offered at MSU, with professional courses led directly by the best PADI instructors’ course directors. We’ll teach you in-depth knowledge and the important knowhow required to run various courses in a gentle and thorough manner. Also, our Dive Master courses are two weeks in length. We don’t give you weeks of professional training in tank carrying or free fun dive guiding; we teach you both practicality and knowledge. It’s also a strong ally for those who want to run their own dive shop.

you need to fill out the medical questionnaire, If you have any medical issues that are in this form, you will need a physician to complete the 2nd page of the form declaring the student fit to dive.

Let us know if you would like to take a beach dive, boat dive, whale shark tour, license, etc., along with the dates you would like to do so. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns and we’ll be happy to help.

- Accommodation will be suspended
Due to the restrictions of the new corona crisis, Cebu Mactan Island is required to follow very strict quarantine rules. Due to these restrictions, we will not be able to offer accommodation services for now. - Book early for Golden Week and Summer Holiday!
Please book early to avoid disappointment during the summer holidays. - How long do I need to get an Open Water License?
Please allow a minimum of three entire days from 7:00AM to 6:00PM for the MSU beginner’s diving license course. As it is not possible to include your arrival and return dates in Cebu for the course, meaning you will need at least 3 full days for your open water diver course. please make sure to reserve at least 4 nights and 5 days for your stay in Cebu including your arrival date. - Please book well in advance of the rainy season.
Although Cebu is rarely hit by typhoons, however when a typhoon hits some where in Philippines, the sea condition becomes worse and you may not be able to take lessons or launch your boat trip on such days. Therefore, we recommend you to stay in Cebu with enough time to spare.
