Course Details
The EFR (Emergency First Response) course is an internationally recognized first aid training program that equips you with primary care (CPR) and secondary care (first aid) skills to handle emergencies. Its practical content is useful not only in diving but also in daily life and during travel, making it accessible to everyone with confidence. You will learn the judgment and actions needed to save lives, building the confidence to be someone who can help in an emergency. The EFR course is also a prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course and for progressing to professional levels, making it an essential step for divers aiming for the next stage.

Here is what you do during the Emergency First Response course with us.
Step 1eLearning / Home studyHome study through eLearning, completed by the day before the in-person training. An EFR Course eLearning account is included in the price.
Step 2DVD viewingRequired DVD viewing at the start of the training day.
Step 3Primary Care (CPR)How to respond to life-threatening emergencies, combining knowledge development, skill practice and realistic scenario training.
Step 4Secondary Care (First Aid)Injuries and illnesses that are not immediately life-threatening, focusing on secondary assessment and first aid.
Step 5CertificationEmergency First Response certification once all requirements are met.
AED Training — available on request. It is not a required part of the course.

Prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). For one person, a Solo Guest Fee of ₱2,500 applies, making the EFR course total ₱14,500.
